MasterFoods Satay Marinade

Rice (UNCLE BEN'S)

Green Beans
200 gm
Topped and Tailed 
Roasted Peanuts
50 gm
Unsalted 

Preparation

  1. Place tenderloins in a non-metal dish and stir in enough MasterFoods Satay Marinade to coat well.
  2. Cover and stand to marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Cook rice in boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
  4. Boil beans until tender but still crisp, drain.
  5. Mix rice, beans and half the roasted peanuts together. Keep hot.
  6. Place a sheet of baking paper on top of hot grill bars and place the tenderloins on the paper.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes on each side on high heat, brushing with marinade during cooking.
  8. Heat extra marinade on side of barbecue.
  9. Pile rice into centre of heated plates.
  10. Arrange 2 or 3 tenderloins over the rice.
  11. Top with heated satay marinade and sprinkle with remaining peanuts.
