Preparation

  1. Slice the beef thinly into thin strips.
  2. Combine with MasterFoods Satay Marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
  3. Soak wooden satay sticks in water for 30 minutes (this prevents the sticks from burning).
  4. Thread 6-7 pieces of meat onto each satay stick leaving 1/2 the skewer free.
  5. Grill or barbecue over moderate heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
