quartered peeled and sliced 
Bean Sprouts

Lebanese Cucumber

seeded and thinly sliced 
Vermicelli
1 packet
Rice noodles soaked in warm water, drain 
MasterFoods Coriander Leaves
1/3 cup(s)
 
Mint Leaves (Fresh)
1/4 cup(s)
shredded 
Fish Sauce
1 tbsp
 
Lime Juice
3 tsp
 
Sugar
1 tsp
brown 

Preparation

  1. Place chicken fillets into a flat container. Then rub the oil and Thai seasoning evenly over both sides of the fillets. Set aside.
  2. Make mango salad by combining all the ingredients in a large bowl, lightly mix until well combined.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients in a covered container and shake well.
  4. Cook chicken on a pre-heated lightly oiled BBQ plate or pan over a medium heat for approximately 10 minutes turning occasionally to evenly cook through. Allow to stand for 2 minutes covered with foil before slicing.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad and add the sliced chicken gently toss to combine ingredients. Serve
