Butter
1 tbsp

Asparagus
1 bunch
cut into 4cm pieces 
Swiss brown mushrooms
200 gm
sliced 
MasterFoods Basil Leaves Sweet

MasterFoods Sea Salt Grinder

to taste 
MasterFoods Black Peppercorns Whole

Lemon(s)

juiced 

Preparation

  1. Place a small amount of garlic on each piece of bread and rub in. Spray with olive oil spray and place on a pre-heated BBQ chargrill. Cook until crispy.
  2. Place butter on a preheated BBQ hot plate. Add asparagus and mushrooms and mix well. Sprinkle over basil and season with salt and pepper. Pour over lemon juice and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, mixing to combine all ingredients.
  3. Serve bread with asparagus mixture on top.
