drained and rinsed 
Tomatoes Diced, canned

Preparation

  1. Place spaghetti into a large saucepan of boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes or until al dente.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add mince, onion, garlic and mixed herbs and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add lentils, tomatoes, carrot, zucchini. water and tomato sauce and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain spaghetti and serve with sauce.
