MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Chilli

MasterFoods Parsley Flakes
1 tsp
 
Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
175 gm
 
Spaghetti
350 gm
 
Olive Oil
5 tbsp
 
MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic
3 tsp
 
Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp
grated 

Preparation

  1. Cook Pasta according to packet directions.
  2. Towards the end of the cooking time, heat the oil in a second large pan.
  3. Add the MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic and MasterFoods Freshly Chopped Chilli and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Sundried Tomato Pesto and remove from the heat.
  5. Drain the pasta thoroughly.
  6. Add to the hot oil.
  7. Return to the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing the pasta to coat the strands in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and MasterFoods Ground Black Pepper, stir in the MasterFoods Parsley Flakes and transfer to a warmed serving bowl.
  9. Scatter with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
