MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic

MasterFoods Rosemary Leaves

Rack of Lamb (8 cutlets)
1 whole
 
MasterFoods Roast Lamb Seasoning
1 tsp
 

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine honey, lemon rind, lemon juice, MasterFoods Freshly Crushed Garlic and MasterFoods Rosemary Leaves to make a paste.
  3. Place lamb on a rack in a roasting pan.
  4. Sprinkle with MasterFoods Roast Lamb Seasoning.
  5. Roast the lamb basting occasionally with the lemon and rosemary mixture.
  6. Roast for a total of 30-35 minutes for rare, 35-40 minutes for medium or 40-45 for well done.
  7. When cooked remove from oven.
  8. Leave to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place, loosely covered with foil before serving.
