In a large saucepan fry up some diced onion and four minced garlic cloves in olive oil. Add half a kilo of both pork and beef mince and a generous sprinkle of MasterFoods® Tuscan Seasoning. Cook until sealed. Add a dollop of tomato paste, a slosh of red wine and a cup of chicken stock. Simmer for one hour then pour over cooked spaghetti. Bellisimo!
