Kebabs are always a barbeque favourite, but with the peppery punch of piri-piri they can be a roaring success!
Before you throw a Kebab on the barbie, give it some genuine ka-boom!
Thickly slice 800 grams of chicken thigh fillet and toss in two tablespoons of MasterFoods® Piri Piri Seasoning. Pierce onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers along with diced capsicum, halved mushrooms and the pieces of one small eggplant wrapped in shavings of prosciutto. Spray with cooking oil, then barbeque for eight minutes under medium heat, turning often. There you have it - a meal with real flare!
