Cut baby potatoes in half, leaving the skins on. Microwave for 4 minutes and toss in a mixture of olive oil, garlic salt & lemon pepper. Finish in convection oven at 220 until brown and crispy. Very nice on chicken too.

Pre-cook prepared vegies in oven bag in microwave for about 4 mins. then add to roasting pan to complete cooking. Saves time and also lessens fat absorption.

Eggs should be kept in the fridge, but if egg whites are cold, they won't whip. Before whipping, take the eggs from the fridge, separate and allow the whites to stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

To tell if the eggs are fresh, put them in a pan of cool, salted water. If they sink, they are fresh. Throw it away if it rises to the surface.
