Piri Piri Seasoning is a hot spice seasoning with a hint of lemon that is great on chicken or fish.

Excellent on fish, prawns, shellfish or chicken. Sprinkle on, then grill, pan fry or BBQ on medium heat. Also good for rice dishes such as paella or spice risotto. Great blend of chilli, lemon and garlic. Brush onto skinless chicken breasts with oil and grill or barbecue, turning occasionally until cooked, toss through rocket, sliced oranges, red onions, sliced red capsicum and coriander. Use with fresh Thai herbs in a butter and white wine sauce.
